Lynell is a Lausanne-based skincare house founded in 1955 and relaunched in 2023 by the third generation.

Our skincare products are vegan, free from controversial ingredients, and always contain more than 90% ingredients of natural origin. Developed and manufactured in our laboratory in Mont-sur-Lausanne, each formula contains an ingredient sourced 100% in Switzerland. We embody authenticity, diversity, and self-acceptance, with the clear ambition of challenging the biggest names in cosmetics.

Lynell is already present in 12 points of sale in Switzerland (pharmacies, hotel spas, concept stores).

To take things further, we are looking for a French-speaking Switzerland Sales Manager who can:

• Look after and coordinate our existing partners
• Motivate existing points of sale to maintain monthly targets.
  
• Expand our presence in new strategic points of sale in French-speaking Switzerland.

• Prospect and persuade new partners (pharmacies, spas, concept stores).
  
• Manage and develop the 12 existing points of sale: follow-up, orders, restocking, and customer relations.
  
• Organize in-store promotions and events to boost sales.
  
• Train teams in pharmacies, spas, and concept stores.
  
• Optimize merchandising and visibility at the POS.
  
• Monitor and analyze performance to identify growth drivers.
  

• You already have a successful track record in sales (regardless of the product: if you know how to persuade and deliver results, that’s what matters).
  
• You’re a hunter, comfortable with prospecting as well as managing existing accounts.
  
• You know how to adapt to the realities of a startup: tight budgets, a brand that is still young, and a need for autonomy and versatility.
  
• You’re dynamic, motivated, and hands-on.
