1. Subscription Overview

The Lynell Switzerland subscription allows you to receive your favorite products automatically, without having to place another order. By subscribing, you benefit from an advantageous rate and complete peace of mind for radiant skin every day.

2. How does the subscription work?

• Flexibility : You choose the delivery frequency that suits you (every 1, 2, or 3 months).

• Savings : Enjoy a preferential rate compared with individual purchases.

• Automatic delivery : Your products are shipped automatically according to your chosen frequency.

• No commitment : Modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time from your customer account.

3. Managing your subscription

You can manage your subscription directly from your customer account at www.lynell.ch :

• Change the delivery frequency

• Update your delivery address

• Change or add a product to your subscription

• Temporarily pause your subscription

• Cancel your subscription at any time (at least 48 hours before the next shipment)

4. Billing and Payment

• Payment is automatically charged at each subscription renewal.

• You will receive a confirmation email before each charge.

• Subscription prices are fixed at the time of sign-up but may be adjusted in the event of a price change. You will be informed in advance of any changes.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Ongoing subscriptions are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

• You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time before the next shipment.
