By placing an order on the Site, you accept these GTC without reservation. We reserve the right to amend the GTC at any time. The applicable GTC are those in force on the date the order is placed.
4. Products
The products offered for sale are those described on the Site. We take the greatest care in presenting and describing these products to provide customers with the best possible information.
5. Prices
Our product prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF), including all taxes (VAT included). Delivery costs are not included in the listed prices and are added when the order is confirmed.
6. Orders
Orders are placed exclusively through the Site. Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing the products ordered and the total amount.
7. Payment
Payment is due immediately when the order is placed. Accepted payment methods are indicated on the Site and include credit cards, Twint, PayPal, and other electronic payment methods.

Products are delivered to the delivery address provided when the order is placed. Delivery times are indicated on the Site and may vary depending on product availability.
9. Cancellation and Returns
In accordance with applicable legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties. Returned products must be in their original condition and complete.

The products are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. In the event of non-conformity or a defect, you may return the products in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
