With his brother Max, he founded a band that allowed him to express himself differently. Daughter of a Burkinabe griot and a Geneva actress, she grew up in an environment rich in cultural diversity, developing her passion for music from the age of six. Evolving between Switzerland and Burkina Faso, Lakna flourishes in this duality, shaping her unique artistic identity.
She hasn't finished getting noticedHer second project, Univers Observable , received a warm reception from critics, calling it a "revelation of the Swiss scene". Her single "Gimme" was playlisted on many radio stations, such as Couleur3 and SRF3, which propelled her career to the forefront.
In 2022, Lakna continues to shine. She released the hit "LA LA LAND", which caught the attention of major radio stations and led her to perform at prestigious festivals, including the Montreux Jazz Festival.
