By placing an order on our Site, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. We can change these Terms and Conditions whenever we need to. The ones that apply are always those in effect on the day you place your order.
4. Products
You'll find all the products we offer for sale described on our Site. We take great care to show and describe them as best as we can, so you have all the info you need.
5. Prices
Our product prices are shown in Swiss Francs (CHF) and already include all taxes. Delivery fees aren't part of these prices; they'll be added when you confirm your order.
6. Placing an Order
You can only place orders directly on our Site. Once your order is placed, we'll send you a confirmation email with a summary of what you've ordered and the total amount.
7. Payment
Payment is due right away when you place your order. You'll find all the payment methods we accept listed on our Site, including credit cards, Twint, Paypal, and other electronic payment options.
8. Delivery
We'll deliver your products to the address you gave us when you ordered. Delivery times are mentioned on our Site and might change depending on product availability.
9. Cancelling and Returning Items
By law, you have 14 days from when you receive your products to change your mind and return them, no questions asked and no penalties. Just make sure the returned products are in their original, complete condition.

Our products come with a legal guarantee of conformity and a hidden defects warranty. If something isn't right or there's a defect, you can return the products according to current legal requirements.
