Marc-Antoine BurgenerCo-founder
Marc-Antoine's story is an entrepreneurial adventure. From a young age, he was immersed in the world of skincare, listening to his grandmother's tales about the golden years of the Lynell brand. After graduating from HEC Lausanne in 2015, Marc-Antoine's passion for action sports, music, and business led him to become his brother Pat's agent, supporting his career as a professional snowboarder and musician. At the same time, he co-founded Alaïa, a company aiming to revolutionize action sports facilities in Switzerland.
In 2018, Marc-Antoine launched WABS, a talent management and digital marketing agency, which eventually became the cornerstone for all his new startups. Two years later, he opened Le Spot, a poke bowl takeaway in Lausanne that mainly sources local and seasonal products. In 2023, Marc-Antoine continues to push boundaries, running Oversey and Oversey Records with his brothers Pat & Max – an ethical clothing brand and a music label, respectively.
When he met Manon in 2021, they decided to give his grandmother's brand a second life. That's how Lynell Switzerland was born.
Manon von GraffenriedCo-founder
Manon's journey into the world of skincare began in Paris, where she was born to Swiss-German parents. Inspired by her mother's dedication to skincare, Manon embraced the ritual of self-care from a young age, thanks to the range of high-quality products available in French pharmacies. Her path led her to Lausanne, where she pursued her bachelor's degree at the Lausanne Hotel School. A key moment came during her internship in New York, where she delved into the competitive US beauty market, which further fueled her passion.
Manon's career grew as she explored various marketing roles in the skincare industry. However, it was her collaboration with the luxury and medical brand Dr Burgener Switzerland, created by Marc-Antoine's mother, that truly shaped her path. Working alongside skin experts and dermatologists in Mont-Sur-Lausanne, she gained new skills, including aspects of product development, and played a key role in developing products and formulas, leading to the birth of Lynell Switzerland.

Lynell Switzerland's mission is to offer cosmetic products that celebrate individuality and diversity. To express this, we decided to adapt symbols generally used for signage to create the "Lynellois."

These characters break the molds society tries to put us in. All the characters have their own style, personality, and mindset, because they are free to evolve in any environment and be accepted for who they are, just as they are.
