General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) of Lynell Switzerland SA

By placing an order on the Site, you accept these GTC without reservation. We reserve the right to amend the GTC at any time. The applicable GTC are those in effect on the date the order is placed.
4. Products
The products offered for sale are those described on the Site. We take the utmost care in presenting and describing these products in order to provide customers with the best possible information.
5. Prices
The prices of our products are stated in Swiss francs (CHF), including all taxes. Delivery costs are not included in the displayed prices and are added when the order is confirmed.
6. Orders
Orders may be placed exclusively on the Site. Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing the products ordered and the total amount.
7. Payment
Payment is due immediately when the order is placed. The accepted payment methods are indicated on the Site and include credit cards, Twint, PayPal, and other electronic payment methods.
8. Delivery
The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated when the order is placed. Delivery times are stated on the Site and may vary depending on product availability.
9. Withdrawal and returns
In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties. Returned products must be in their original condition and complete.

The products are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. In the event of non-conformity or a defect, you may return the products in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
